Positive: Review for Urban Oasis Sofia Everything was simply outstanding! The apartment was thoughtfully equipped down to the very last detail. The host kindly allowed me an early check-in, and when I entered the apartment, a wonderful surprise was waiting for me. I have no idea how the host guessed that I love flowers — there was a beautiful bouquet on the table, along with local Bulgarian wine and some chocolates. In the fridge, I found a bottle of water and Coke Zero. The kitchen had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay: all the necessary appliances and utensils, oil, spices, salt, coffee capsules, a great selection of teas, sugar, and even laundry detergent and fabric softener. Everything was so well-prepared and thoughtful — I was truly impressed. I’ve visited more than 40 countries, but I have never received such a warm and welcoming reception anywhere else. The apartment was spotless and looked newly renovated. There were flat-screen TVs in both the kitchen and living room, equipped with Netflix, YouTube, and more. When I entered the bedroom, I found yet another surprise: two chocolates, two small souvenirs from Bulgaria, and a handwritten welcome note from the Urban Oasis team. The bed was high, new, beautifully made, and — most importantly — extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The rooms were bright, each equipped with air conditioning, and everything felt very cozy and perfectly clean. In the hallway, there were slippers, and in the closet — an iron, ironing board, drying rack, extra pillows, and blankets. The bathroom was also impressive, with a large mirror (which I loved!), robes, plenty of towels, cotton pads, ear sticks, shampoo, shower gel, and all the essentials. The dark green color of the bathroom gave it a really elegant and stylish look. In the living room, there was also a map of Sofia with recommendations on what to see and do, and a welcome note from the host.

Positive: The apartment was super clean, tidy and modern and had all the facilities you'd need. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable and the wine and small gifts on arrival were a lovely touch :)

Negative: I can't really complain about anything. If I had to mention one thing that was a bit unusual, the toilet being in the same room as the shower could be a little awkward as if you need to use it after a shower you'd get your feet/socks wet. However this is a really small issue as it dried very quickly afterwards and I realised it was a space saving thing. It still all worked really well :)

Positive: The host was very friendly! The place is absolutely gorgeous, modern and above all - clean! It is situated in the center of the city next to some amazing restaurants, cocktail bars and grocery shops. I had to work some time during the day and the wi-fi was fast and strong. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would book it again without a doubt!
